BMZ and German Embassy visit the CRMGG team

On June 26, Ms. Bucken from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Mr. Schmid-Kreye, Development Counsellor at the German Embassy in Hanoi, visited the CRMGG Office to obtain first hand insights into the cooperation with MONRE and NAWAPI on water-related challenges, climate resilience and groundwater management in the Mekong Delta. The visit was part of a tour to all German implementing organizations and selected partners in Vietnam. BMZ has been funding BGR activities in Vietnam for many years, including the cooperation with NAWAPI which is approaching its 15th anniversary. NAWAPI and BGR are grateful for BMZ’s continued interest and support, and highly appreciated Ms Bucken’s visit.
