Dang Tran Trung \u2013 Hydro-geological Specialist &#8211; Center for Water Resources Monitoring and Forecasting and MSc. Tran Vu Long \u2013 Lecturer of the Faculty of Hydrogeology, University of Geology and Mining, Hanoi.<\/strong><br \/>\nTwelve staff from the Center for Water Resources Planning and Investigation (CWRPI) and its subordinated units were attending the training course. The participants have been selected based on their basic knowledge about groundwater model and the fact that in the future, they will work in their daily work with groundwater models\u00a0more often.<br \/>\nTo increase the effectiveness of training, 3\/4 of the total training course schedule is covered by practical sessions. \u00a0During these sessions, the trainees worked on exercises prepared by the trainers using real data.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-250\" src=\"http:\/\/igpvn.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/s4.jpg\" alt=\"s4\" width=\"555\" height=\"416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/igpvn.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/s4.jpg 555w, https:\/\/igpvn.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/s4-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>BGR has prepared an evaluation form before and after the course in order to measure the progress of knowledge in the trained topics and to improve the design of future trainings,.
