Purpose

Groundwater monitoring and data acquisition are pre-requisites for any effective groundwater management. This study was conducted to:

• support the DONRE in developing a compelling groundwater monitoring
  outline that can be approved by the PPC
• review the current legal regulations related to groundwater monitoring in
  provinces
• review the current status of groundwater monitoring in Ca Mau province
• give recommendations to improve groundwater monitoring in Ca Mau
  province.
